How are "Outreach Credits" calculated?
One credit is consumed per unique creator. A credit is deducted only when the AI Agent successfully sends the first personalized outreach email to a new creator. All subsequent negotiations and follow-ups with that specific creator are free of charge.
Is AI Auto-Negotiation safe? Will it exceed my budget?
Absolutely. Before enabling Auto-Pilot mode, you set a "Hidden Max Budget." The AI operates strictly within this safety net and is hard-coded never to exceed your limit. If a creator's quote is significantly over-budget, the AI will pause and notify you for human intervention.
Can I use my professional email (e.g., Gmail or Outlook)?
Yes. Our system supports deep integration with Gmail, Outlook, and other major providers. The AI communicates on your behalf using your professional identity, which significantly improves deliverability and creator trust. All replies are synced back to your inbox.
What happens if I run out of outreach credits this month?
You can purchase add-on credit packs at any time or upgrade to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference is calculated pro-rata. Unused credits reset at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly billing with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
